Vane type separator – wash systems
Ensepatec offers fully standardized, high-performance and energy-friendly, gas/liquid separations for vertical gas flows.
The separators include designs for pre-separation (bulk entrain ment separation for 2-stage systems) and fine separation (to be used as a polishing stage for 2-stage systems or where the process conditions only require a single-stage device).
The separators eliminate liquid carry-over caused by high gas velocities to protect downstream equipment and ducting against unwanted effects or corrosion, contamination, or pollution caused by the liquid droplet carryover. These separators have a very low pressure loss and operate energy saving.

Ensepatec internals for vertical flow include the following types:
- Vane type separator T27 – for fine separation
- Vane type separator T80 – for both pre- and fine separation
T27 round in Polypropylene
The separators are available in the following materials:
Polypropylene, glass-coupled polypropylene, stainless steel (304,316,316L)
We deliver special alloys such as Duplex, Hastelloy or Inconel on special request.
T27 and T80 pre- and fine-separation internals can be used in one of the following applications:
